Registration for the 33rd EFPT Forum is now OPEN until the 21th of May 2025.
Please be aware that registration for the 33rd EFPT Forum is a 2-step process.
One part of this process (individual registration) is to be done by all visiting delegates/observers. If there is a National Trainee Association (NTA) in your country, a second part of the registration process is done by each National Trainee Association. We will verify that you have been registered as a delegate or observer by your NTA. In case you register independently from your NTA, but do not appear as a delegate/observer, we will inform you that you cannot proceed with the forum registration, and you will not be charged any fees.
Delegations of full member countries should include two delegates and may include up to three observers. At least one of the two delegates should be a trainee. Should you as a country wish to attend the EFPT Forum with more than a total of 5 delegates/observers, please send us an email at efptforum2025@gmail.com.
Please keep in mind that the successful submission message and mail that you receive after completing the individual registration form is a confirmation of the received registration request. You will receive an email of confirmation of registration after we have cross-checked your individual registration with the NTA delegation lists.
