What are the dates and times of the Forum?
The Forum will take place from Wednesday the 11th of June until Saturday the 14th of June 2025. On Tuesday, June 10, you can pick up your badge in advance between 4 PM and 7 PM, and get to know some fellow attendees over drinks in a cafe in the beautiful city center of Maastricht.

Is there an online version or livestream available?
No, it will not be possible to attend the Forum online
What language will the conference be in?
Everything will be in English.
💳 Tickets & Registration
How can I register for the Forum?
On our website: https://efpt.eu/maastricht2025/registration/. Please be aware that the registration for the Forum is a 2-step process. One part of this process (individual registration) is to be done by all visiting delegates/observers. If there is a National Trainee Association (NTA) in your country, a second part of the registration process is done by each National Trainee Association. We will verify that you have been registered as a delegate or observer by your NTA. In case you register independently from your NTA, but do not appear as a delegate/observer, we will inform you that you cannot proceed with the forum registration, and you will not be charged any fees.
What is the cost of attending the Forum?
The cost of attending the Forum depends on your country of origin :
- A (€240,00): Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland
- B (€180,00): Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom
- C (€120,00): Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia
- D (€65,00): Albania, Armenia, Azerbeijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey
- E (€35,00): Kosovo, Moldova, Ukraine
📍 Venue & Accessibility
How do I get to Maastricht?
The city is well connected by international train services and is close to several airports, including Maastricht Aachen Airport, Brussels Airport, Eindhoven Airport, Düsseldorf Airport and Amsterdam Schiphol. From these airports, you can reach Maastricht by train or shuttle services.
What is the address of the conference venue?
The daytime programme will take place at Studio Radium, Lage Frontweg 2c, Maastricht. All other venues are within biking distance from there.
How do I get to the venue by public transport?
A bike is definitely the easiest (and most Dutch) way to get around in Maastricht, so we recommend you to rent one. If you prefer public transport, download the app ‘9292’ to plan your trip.
Is there parking available nearby?
Limited parking space is available at the location. We recommend you to come by bike, foot or public transport.

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available and free of charge.

Yes, lunch and coffee breaks are included. Dinner will be at your own cost.

Does the LOC offer discounts on accommodations?
Unfortunately no discount is available on any accommodation.

Can I suggest speakers or topics?
The LOC is responsible for putting together the program. However, working groups have the opportunity to organize part of the program themselves. They have already been contacted by the committee about this.

Will the presentations be shared afterward?
No, they will not be available afterward.
🎉 International Night
What is the International Night ?
One of the highlights of the programme is International night. During this event all participants will have a shot at getting to know each other’s culture in the best possible way, through drinks, food, conversations, and music. We would like to request all participating countries to bring food and drinks typical for your country to the International Night along with some decorations so that we can fully immerse ourselves in all of the wonderful cultures that will be present with us.
Lastly, every country will be asked to perform a dance or act during the evening. So make sure to prepare something in advance to blast us all away!
Where will the International Night take place?
The International Night will take place at the local rowing association MSRV Saurus: Bosscherweg 24, Maastricht.
Am I allowed to bring my own drinks?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own drinks. The price for this is €1,00 per ½ liter. Participants need to pay this €1,00 per ½ liter fee themselves ! Please note that it is not allowed to bring anything with an alcohol percentage above 15% according to the alcohol license of the venue.

🔐 Privacy & Safety
What happens to my personal data?
Your first and last name will be shared with the city council. This is a requirement for the reception that takes place in the town hall on Wednesday. Other than that, your personal data will not be shared.
Will the conference be recorded or photographed?
During the daytime programme there might be a photographer present. Pictures taken here can be used for social media such as Instagram.
Am I allowed to take my own photos or videos?
