Please use the full day option, you don’t need to precise the exact hours in the form. The display of the event will be much better.

If there is a submission deadline, don’t hesitate to make a second event with the submission deadline date on it.

Don’t hesitate to tweet it, put it on facebook and our mailing list (links beside). We will retweet, and transfer it.
