The Slovenian Association of Psychiatric Trainees (Sekcija specializantov psihiatrije in pedopsihiatrije)

The Slovenian Association of Psychiatric Trainees brings together young doctors who are in the process of training to become specialists. It includes both psychiatry residents and child and adolescent psychiatry residents. It was established in 2013 with the aim of more effectively achieving our educational goals and creating a strong representative body modeled after those in Western European countries. The association provides an impartial and open forum for the exchange of opinions, positions, and reflections on topics related to psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. At the same time, it fosters the integration of formal knowledge with shared practical experience.

Our association operates within the framework of the Slovenian Medical Association (SZD).
