ESCAP is going to hold its biannual Congress in Vienna between dates 30th June-2nd July. It’s going to take place in beautiful Hofburg and EFPT is going to be represented by our Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Working Group!
As the CAP Working Group, we are planning activities to bring together attending trainees and turn this into a memorable experience for us all!
There will be an EFPT Stand in the Exhibition Area with hopes to reach out to more people during the Congress. Everyone is welcome to support EFPT at the Stand and you can put your names in the time slots via this spreadsheet here. Many thanks in advance!
I’m also delighted to let you know that there’s going to be an ‘EFPT Night’ in Vienna, on Sunday 30th June at 9 p.m., following the ESCAP Welcome Reception. It is planned to have an exchange between the European trainees in a casual atmosphere. Palmenhaus is the designated place and we will have options for food and drinks. Don’t forget to sign up your name here to have a fun night out with trainees!
Dunja Mairhofer, our EFPT CAP Working Group member from Austria who has been organizing the ‘EFPT Night’, also kindly offered to help with questions regarding Vienna. For more information, you can contact her here.
Last but not least, I will be presenting about EFPT at the ‘ESCAP Policy Division and EFPT Symposium’ on Monday 1st July, so that you can still have your daily dose of EFPT even if you’re there just to hear lectures 😉
Pick one (or all) from the above and join us to be part of the EFPT experience!
See you in Vienna!
